Too much money tied up in players/agents etc and huge risks taken

contingent on success.

So when that success isn't sustained or achieved, they're f**ked. A bit like when the banks came crashing down, not enough risk management, same with some football teams imo - ambition but without prudence

Very fortunate we have someone like McNally on board, not afraid to go for it, but only when the finances add up.

We're pretty lucky in that sense tbh
