Feasible but not quite

Costochondritis is the answer - inflamed rib cage "for no apparent reason". Treatment is painkillers - it will go away of its own accord when it feels like it. Most weird - doing nothing special in particular, suddenly a sharp pain. Knew it was nothing serious cos my Dad's had heart problems so I know what to look out for on that score and it wasn't that. Even weirder is that it will just go away. No-one knows what causes it to appear or disappear. Well I think it's weird anyway!
