I hope people don't get their expectations up too much.

What is it in the first XI, perhaps Defensive midfielder Fer for Johnson, Pilks fighting it out with Redmond on the left wing and RvW for the departed Holt up front.

A drastic improvement to strength in depth, but Hoot is not the type of manager to change things around much.
