sorry if i offended you, but i was simply pointing out that tattoo can be seen to be inciting hatred....i never said of a race.... dont think its really relevent, its STILL inciting hatred towards a body of people, which i dont think is allowed, or lawful, hence the arrest. Actually, if you look carefully, I didnt even express an opinion.
