Just depends if he's full on, balls out mad like Barton/most of QPR's team

Or just a bit of a pest / a little bit nasty like Holty was. I don't know enough about him to judge, but I'm glad we've moved away from only signing nice (aka soft) footballers and have people that can mix it a little too.

I'm not too concerned that a couple of our targets needed more time. It's not like we're Manure, or we're chasing players like Mark Fothringham and Julien Brellier again. Proper footballers are going to join us because we'll pay them well and it will further their careers. Nothing wrong with that. Anyone genuinely excellent will give it their all. I'd be more worried if we started looking at players on the way down in their careers. At least QPR still have money, so they should take most of that dross anyway.
