Thoughts on last night

Positives

We kept the ball well, good passing.
Redmond looked great. Quick, willing to take on the full back. Something we haven?t seen since Huckerby
Fer looked composed and added a bit of pace
Great to see Ruddy back. He claimed everything out of the air

Negatives

Seemed a distinct lack of cutting edge up front (like last season).
With no Snod or Wes we didn?t create much

All in all I was quite pleased with a draw considering they kick off their season on Saturday. It?s far too early to say but I also think Hooper might be in for a bit of a culture shock playing in the Premiership. The quality of opposition will mean he needs to up his game
