Beaches: Holkham and/or Southwold (know it is Suffolk) but

it is beautiful and has a brewery!
Norwich Castle museum if you haven't been for a while;
Day hire boat on the Broads (shop around you should get one for about ?52 for the day) - take a picnic;
Canoe hire (Canadian) about ?22 (takes 3) for five hours from places like Salhouse Broad - take a picnic;
Go visit Dandy at Wells... take the little train from the quay to the beach, walk in the woods along the beach and look for the rope swing! Eat fish and chips from the shop on the Quay; Do some crabbing off the Quay wall.
Holkham Hall is nice; take your cameras and you can stalk the deer and get lovely pictures;
Sandringham - the grounds and woods are great - lots of interesting wood carvings to find.
