I've used a MacBook Air for all my work for the last 3 years

The new Airs are fantastic for normal work stuff and more than powerful enough for what most people need.

In a couple of months the MacBook Pro will get an upgrade to the new Intel processors so hold off on them for now if you can. I may look to upgrade to a Retina MacBook Pro when they come out as I'd quite like a little more power for the few times I need it.

The iMac is nice but I prefer a laptop so I can use it anywhere.
