Entirely sure it won't be a problem with McNasty. But we've all seen the effects...

...of overspunkage otherwhere. Quite sure all contingencies are being covered - were we to be regulated I'm sure we won't be left with unsustainable commitments, and I'm sure we're only spending money we know we have rather than relying on buying player X "definitely getting us enough points to be able to spend ?y" - which as we all know Just Doesn't Work in football.

It *is* tent-inducing, this summer we've been having, and I'm as excited as anyone (indeed more than some) by what our new look line up will do next term. But there are no guarantees in football and the nannies among us - like, well, me - worry about what happens if it all goes wrong on the pitch. As I say with McNasty in charge I've a lot more confidence that that's been covered off, but it is a consideration.
