thank f**k we managed to get him at precisely the time we needed him and were starting to fall apart at the seams

he's been our biggest catalyst of all I would say

obviously plenty have played major parts in our turnaround, holt and lambert included (and now hughton with last season's finish and his signings so far this summer)

but wow - some serious transformation taking shape these past few years

thanks for starting it gunny, will always be a legend, but for playing reasons more so than managerial :)
