Some t**t left two dogs in his jag down at the Swan in Ringland earlier in the burning sun
We were standing by the car and could see these dogs were flat on the seat, barely moving. Then the afore-mentioned c**t walks back to the car, opens the door for a second, closes it and then drives off in another guy's car. We called the RSPCA when we got back, I hope he gets his windows smashed in to let them out.
