PM: Dr Dubs RE: South American Canaries

The Argentinian guy? He has never been to the UK, but is a massive NCFC fan who fell in love with us during the Mike Walker premier league era - he was a kid watching EPL on the box every week and just picked us out of the bunch.

Apart from that I don't know much about him. We exchanged a few pleasantries on Twitter when I was trying to set up a Canaries in China group. Very nice chap.
