Did it at the end of the footie season, said to the bloke i wished to cancel my sky sports he said "OK, one moment"....I waited......thinking to myself he'll come back at me with an offer any moment. When he came back on the line he said...

"all done for you sir, your bill will be xxx from xxxx"

Bugger but at least I have my 12 months free coming shortly1
