Household bills are often cheaper tho

Im in the process of buying a flat to let for ?40k. Yeild of 9%. Good time to take advantage of low rates and fix it for 5 years. Good thing about an apartment is the low maintenance costs as the fees cover that. I don't expe t to recurve significant profit in the short-term but it will give an additional income, taxed of course.
