c. Stay at Celtic until January then move to a Premier League club when the cut price will make you highly sort after and Celtic desperate to sell?

d. Stamp your feet and demand Celtic accept our lower offer now?

Signing for QPR makes the absolute least sense unless they are offering buckets of cash.
