restricted to 1600 calaries a day BUT limit bread, potatoes, wheat biscuits....

so i had a salad sranie, so two slices of bread - thats it for the day - mainly as i had some french fry chrisps too - so no toast this morning and no potatoes/bread later today, done my daily amount.

can have a small portion of brown rice later though....
