Hooper was meeting with Celtic today apparently

Probably told them he didn't want to join QPR and wanted to join us so Celtic either have to take it or leave it.

Been pretty sure for a while he will sign for us, Hughton wanted him so badly in January and with Holt going if anything i'd expect him to want him even more now.
