Will the opt out/in be one blanket thing or will there be options?
For example I'm entirely happy for my ISP to block men shagging donkeys, but I'd quite like the option to examine Victoria's Pendlebum, and indeed Jennifer Lawrence, at my leisure.
Will there be some kind of form so you can opt in to olympic cyclists' bottoms but out of hot hardcore donkey action?
