He used a common nickname for the Telegraph. And if he didn't read it he probably wouldn't have found the piece.

I don't think the Torygraph and the Daily Heil are in the same bracket at all. The former is a sensible, well written, serious paper. The latter isn't - though it does have the power to drive the news agenda and has done so more than once.
