Anything that can be done to reduce the availability of rape or child abuse images

It is an appropriate use of the state's power to regulate the lives of its citizens to try to prevent them from viewing images of rape or child abuse for their own sexual gratification

Free speech/free will has boundaries, and in my view this is one of them
