Whats the deal with Palace and Johnson??

Got a palace fan room-mate at uni, he seems to think Palace are gonna s**t on the Fizzy next year, and AJ will score 30 goals.

The general view from palace fans are that AJ is worth ?10-?15 mil. Now i'm not proclaiming to be a valuer or owt, but how the f**k can we be worried about losing Dean Ashton for ?6m, when they laugh at the prospect of a ?10mil bid for u-boat.

Granted he's scored some goals, but if palace had a different penalty taker he would hav only scored 10 this season. Less than Yakubu who has cost 6.5m.

Do you lot actually think AJ is any better than Deano?
