The problem with saying "We don't want Player X, he's s**t!" it may be someone's opinion,

but it doesn't make it a valid opinion, nor an opinion that should be respected. If the opinion is supported by reasoning or fact as to why that person thinks he's s**t, then that is another matter entirely.

That's the frustration.
