problem is

that all tickets for all games sold out last february. You con only apply on a provisional basis now (i.e. hoping someone drops out). Because they all need to be produced with a passport they are non transferable as well. So your chances of getting them are pretty slim. I applied for 7 (the maximum) last february for random group games and only received one because the demand was so high!
