Most don't give a s**t, as most live in Holland anyway (the two provinces Zuid-Holland and

Noord-Holland).

But yeah some of the provincials get a bit narked at times. What I find bizarre is that their football fans sing Hup Holland themselves. I always wonder why they don't also sing Hup Limburg or Hup Brabant, for the Robin van Persies and Boudewijn Zendens in the team ;-)
