I don't believe that

How can he possibly be close to agreeing personal terms with a Club he has said he doesn't want to go to, particularly when he is away with Celtic at the moment? If he plays his cards right he will be a City player within hours. Why? Because he doesn't have to go anywhere at the moment including QPR, which leaves Celtic with the Norwich bid on the table. Better than nowt I would suggest!
