You expressed an opinion as fact. i knew a lad who'd done loads of drugs when he was young

then turned to god,it helped him,the reason islam is growing in this country is because it provides discipline,praying 5 times a day,means their god is always at the forefront of their minds and leaves little room for thought of drink and drugs so in some respects it provides a good type of rehabilitation from excess. Now obviously some people can get carried away,but on an individual basis any type of religion can make you a better person,i agree that it can make you a worse person too, but it can work.
