More to do with style. Tettey and Johnson are just defensive. They don't turn defence into

attack quickly enough. Howson has potential but still finding his feet.

Fer is the Damien Francis type we've missed since...well....Damien Francis. We need a midfielder of that ilk whether he is the same level as the others or better.
