That's our next phase defined right there - good stepping stone/shop window

Bring talent in, it develops/matures/shines and we sell for enough of a profit to cover the cost of those who don't develop/mature/shine, while maintaining a level of points to keep us out of the relegation scrap.

Question is, can we do that well/consistently enough to start building a platform for the phase after...
