CWC is right - need to leave your current job on good terms if at all poss

Don't turn your exit interview into a massive slagfest either. You will want a reference at some stage and who knows where those people will be in five years - maybe somewhere you then want to work. No point burning bridges - be polite and profeshnial and positive (really enjoyed my time here, just felt like time for a change, wanted to develop my experience in X which I feel Yco is ideally placed for, let's stay in touch, etc)
