Wrathwroth advice please

I want to get my cv to a company that my current company use
I have an email address and phone number for a senior contact within that company and have been involved during contract negotiations before we appointed them
How best to let them know I'm available if they have a suitable opening - ooh arr without appearing desperate to leave here
(which I am! )
