Jumblers,

I meant to reply to your running thing last might, about increasing mileage.

Apparently the rule of thumb to apply when increasing distance is no more than 10% per week.

So if you run 10 miles in total in a week, you oughtn't run more than 11 miles in total the next week. Then 12.1 the week after that and etc.

To avoid injuries and that.

Don't necessarily stick to it myself, but that's what the experts say.
