It makes me nervous how many have left and homw many we need to get in

but I think this transition is just part of our ongoing growth as a club. We have to give it a go I think. It is difficult to sign the right players, and my main concern is that we lose that fighting sprit embodied by Holty - albeit I think that had already started to fade last season, and it can only take you so far.

So long as we're doing things based on a sustainable business plan that budgets for relegation (so that we still have a club to support come what may) then I'll be happy.

Change is scary, but necessary.
