3.45 miles is my shortest route.

4.9 mi quite often. Once I've got a bit more conditioning in the old knees and ankles I'll do 10k (6.1 mi) as often as I can. Few weeks away from that though. Did a 10k a couple of weeks ago an really felt it in the joints.

I am glacially slow though, very plodding. 10 minute miles and I'm happy. For now anyway. I'm coming back from 18 months hardly running at all, so I'm well away from what I was a few years ago.
