Football Songs RANT
We are Norwich ffs.
We have one of the oldest football songs in the world and its iconic.
Why oh why can we not collectively come up with some more original anthems instead of the usual unoriginal copies of already sh*te songs?!
Just think how good something like The Fields of Athenry sounds when belted out by supporters - it doesn't even contain reference to sport, it doesn't need to - its clear the fans are getting behind their club and its awe inspiring.
In any other area than football fans, singing to the tune of Adams Family or 'Who are ya' would be totally embarrassing and cringe-worthy.
