That is a fact...
Hughton is a manager; it is his job to manage; so manage - whether it be big personalities or shrinking violets...
I believe he can do that...
If Holt goes it'll be because it suits Hughton's plans not because he wants a big player to move on so he can do his job properly because if it were the latter he's in the wrong job...
