do you make quick decisions when changing jobs?

Fair play if so, personally I agonise for weeks and weeks as to whether its the right career step, what the workplace culture will be like, whether the pay is right etc. Throw in a bit of haggling over terms and these things take time in my experience.

Heck, it could even be us that is dragging things out if we're mulling over offers for different players and working out who is the best fit for the best price etc
