...considerably better than the SPL, but that is more down to the SPL being exceptionally weak than the Russian Premier League being particularly strong. Even if Rangers were still on the scene, there is still nowhere near the money in Scottish football that there is in Russia, and that is likely to grow with the World Cup approaching.
