Don't hate BT, but I'm with you on Virgin Media.

Previous BT experience was that it was a bit pricey vs the competition and nowt special service-wise.

VM on the other hand have, touch wood, always been absolutely spot on for me. Never had even the slightest problem with them! I'm really just glad to have BT in the market so I can hopefully push my tariff down a bit!

A lot of my mates hate VM, had no end of bother but I just have to hold my breath while they rant.
