The problem we've got is, that Wes is fairly irreplaceable. Clearly Snodgrass and Elliot Bennett didn't work out.

What we'll have to do is work on playing a different type of game with someone in the hole, be it Redmond or Toivanen or even Howson. Essentially when Wes is playing he'll play the Wessi role, but someone else will play their own defined role.
