This site estimates the wages - looking at that he would be offered somewhere between 15k and 30k (previous keeper on 17k).

I guess he is on about 15-20k here.. but with added extras for clean sheets / win bonuses, which he wouldn't get at Chelsea.

He is certainly not going to be paid more than the likes of Oscar and Mata!
