too many young "stars" taking big money to sit on the bench or play League Cup only. Need more of them prepared to play at "smaller" teams instead.

I think that's one reason RvW has got such good press - he seems to know a couple of good years for us will advance his career, rather than hanging out in a reserve team somewhere.
