With Chelsea I think it's hard to say 'regardless of price'

On reflection they could quite feasibly spend ?10m+ on Ruddy as a back-up 'keeper, in which case I think it would be very difficult for the club to refuse. Ruddy has been a star for us and would be tough to replace, but I'm sure we could find a good replacement with plenty of change if Chelsea came in with a crazy offer.
