Yesterday the best Dutch PSV ITK source tweeted:

"Er is geen nieuws rond Toivonen, kreeg ik vanuit dat kamp te horen vandaag....."

"There is no news concerning Toivonen, I heard from that camp today"

Not sure whether that means from Toivonen's camp, or the PSV camp but in any case from one or another horse's mouth.
