When dad was Headteacher of Great Witchingham he asked if the kids could use the walkway (Owned by said Witchingham pitch man) so the children didn't have to go along the main road to the playing field there, and he said yes, but wanted a rent for them to use it. Schools don't have much spare money. Arse of a man.
