Guy at work bought an Iphone 4 last month

Was described as good as new. Received at work so he did a quick test and rung it and the screen started rattling as the phone was set to vibrate as a new screen had been crudely glued on.

He complained to buyer who promised full refund, still waiting now. It?s in the hands of ebay as the promised payment back via paypal bounced. Ebay taking ages to resolve. Seller not responding to emails.

He?s quite a bit of cash down at the mo.
