The Hall sentance was wrong and is being appealed i believe, this is right.

He has five serious psychological damage to that poor girl who believes she is in an adult relationship.
Her parents now have to help her concentrate on school and HER life while she is telling herself she is 'waiting' for this man. Her life is at a delicate point with the decisions she takes over the next 4 or 5 years playing a big part in shaping her adult life. Her view on that is now way off due to the fantasy that's been allowed to develop, and her parents have to guide her back to the real world, probably against her will.
