When I'm on one, I only eat between 800-1200 a day

Those foods get boring on a regular basis, even though I like them. So I decided to add the foods I miss in

I guess the point I'm saying is, after a day where I've been out with friends on say a saturday, and probably consumed 4000kcals. I don't feel like the whole routine has gone to s**t. I just think "Stick to the programme, you're having a curry tonight, and on Tuesday you're having vodka and fajitas"

Instead of waking up after 4000kcals and cravings to carry on, you tend to feel like it every day

I'd have to look at what is technically fasting, cos on those days where it's 800 or 1200, I can be eating a lot, but just very low calorie things

I only ate 650kcals yesterday, but 400g of ham and 400g of salad is quite a lot to eat in ratio to what it actually is
