I can go in a phase of doing that

but then something will break it

Once it's broken, it's too hard to return to

So I wrote down everything I want to eat (within reason). Instead of having treat day once a week, or other such squit. I eat the things I like and set 3 times a week to drink

Here's the breakdown of my calories doing that

M 800
T 3000
W 800
T 1200
F 1600
S 3000
S 1200

Divided by 7 is 1700 a day

Last 3 weeks I've been enjoying what I've been eating so much, that I was convinced it can't be working. I've dropped about 5 pounds in that time
