I agree, have said that. Just saying difficult really to judge how

serious an offence he has committed. Which I guess is why the court will do it and we don't have to! My feeling though is that the breach of the duty of care and the sex with an underage girl is worse than the "abduction" here yet it is presumably the abduction that carries the most serious sentence.
