I tend to agree. I really don;t feel it was "abduction" in the true sense of the word

Such a difficult case though because she is infatuated with him and still is so of course at the moment they are "in love" and it almost appears like what he did was not that wrong. Clearly though it is wrong for any teacher to get together with and have sex with their pupils, particularly when underage.

Really hard to judge just how culpable he is without knowing how impressionable the girl is and the extent to which he encouraged the whole relationship. Would be interesting to see if she still feels the same in 2 or 3 years time.
